We fatties have a lot of skin for dissipating all our extra heat but we also have a lot more sweat glands excreting sweat to aid in evaporative cooling. A lot of how much sweat we see depends of relative humidity.

The worst part is the sweat in our fat folds and the cheese yeasty mold growth. I spray my body with Desenex to cut down on the yeast infection and all that cheesy stinky goo. If my sweat is acidic it really burns the sores in my folds. OUCH!

I agree with Christine, I am just the opposite, I've been 296 (5'11") and I usually don't have to worry about sweat after starting with step 1. I remain fairly cool in moderate a/c until it's time to take a spin on the dance floor. Then all bets are off and it's just a waiting game till the level of saturation bleeds through my undershirt and thin dress shirt to begin showing moisture on my jacket.

I'm down to 276 right now after a bit of grinding in the gym, I'm thinking of writing an article on one of my personal pet peeves.

I am not a "fatty" per se (at 155lbs, down from 250), but do know that I am a sweater (and not the cashmere kind). I sweat so much at work that I can feel it dripping down my back and my hair gets wet - I am forced to wear black because it is least likely to show wetness... I have to wash my shirts after working, because, upon drying, they develop a nice white ring, no matter what anti-persperant I wear. And it's not because I'm busy lifting things - I just sweat. A lot. So, the moral of the story is that it happens to everyone. I leak sweat. So whether you are a fatty or aspiring not to be, let it be known that it's probably going to happen, no matter how much you lose. But it's kinda nice knowing that, too!
